Opening Hours
The Familiengarten Eberswalde is open for you from April 1st to October 31st, daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Use of Pedal Boats: Daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Children under 14 years of age are allowed only when accompanied by an adult.
Dogs on a leash are welcome in the family garden! For the safety of our younger visitors, we kindly ask that larger dogs wear a muzzle.

By car
If you travel by car from the direction of Berlin or Prenzlau via A 11, please take the motorway exit Finowfurt. Continue to drive on B 167 towards Eberswalde. You can reach us from the direction of Bernau or Schwedt via B2.
Via the new Zoostrasse you can also quickly reach the Zoological Garden Eberswalde by car now within 5 minutes!
Free parking is available sufficiently.

By train and bus
If you travel by train drive until Eberswalde central station. For the connection by bus please take the bus line 861 (until the stop „Eisenspalterei“) or bus line 862 (until the stop „Spechthausener Strasse“). You have to cross the street to get towards the Family-Garden. Departure times of the buses are shown on a display at the front of the train station. Bus lines leave alternatively every 6 to 8 minutes from Monday to Friday and every 15 minutes on Sundays and public holidays.

By bicycle
The Family-Garden can be reached via the Oder-Havel cycle route (also called Treidelweg). Have a little break and visit us!
On the water
If you travel by motor boat or canoe on the Finow canal, you can land on the pier at the Family-Garden. After the visit to the Family-Garden, the tour can be continued by motor boat or canoe.
